Check Out Art from More Than 80 Artists at The Torpedo Factory Art Center

More than 80 artists’ studios make up the Torpedo Factory Art Center, a collection of galleries in Alexandria. More than 500,000 visitors check out the galleries every year, and many patrons find great items to bring home. The studios in the Art Center are home to photography, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, fiber art, and so much more. The Torpedo Factory Art Center also is home to the Alexandria Archeology Museum, a gift shop, and a cafe.
Throughout the year, the Art Center also promises a range of special events, including classes available for artists of all levels and ages, workshops, an art camp, and special exhibitions. The building is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday through Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday. Note that the artists’ studios may possess different hours.
