Art can express an endless number of ideas, which is why it comes in so many different varieties. Painting, sculpture, writing, performance art; they all act as forms of expression, depending on the artist. At the Simply Abstract exhibit at the Del Ray Artisans Gallery, you'll have the chance to explore a hodgepodge of art in eclectic mediums.

The Simply Abstract exhibit debuts on Friday, January 6th with a special reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Swing by for the event if you want to experience the unveiling of this unique exhibit, which showcases all different types of visual art, some based in reality and others entirely otherworldly. The exhibit will run until January 29th, so you have almost the entire month to get your art fix. There will also be two other special events held throughout the course of the exhibit—one movie night and one abstract art workshop—so keep your eyes peeled for everything going on at the gallery.
