It doesn't take long for a piece of chocolate to travel from the mold to the display case at Bluprint Chocolatier; the production kitchen is just down the stairs from the charming retail shop at street level. So not only are the sweets crafted by seasoned chocolatiers with great care but they're also incredibly fresh.

The majority of the treats you see in the cases are designed by the team at Bluprint, including the cherry balsamic bonbon, the French Kiss with caramelized sugar and vanilla, and the chamomile and honey dark chocolate.
