One of this restaurant's signature items is bibimbop, a traditional dish with a medley of ingredients served on a bed of rice. Order it here and you'll get spinach, carrots, mushrooms, and bean sprouts over rice, topped with a fried egg, plus your selection of meat. The dolsot bibimbop includes the same ingredients served in a sizzling hot stone bowl, which cooks the rice to a nice, crispy consistency.
