Get Outside and Do Some Good This Summer With the Coastal Trail Runs

Throughout the year, the state of California offers various types of fun and healthy runs for great causes. The Coastal Trail Runs are some of the most popular in the state, and over the summer, there are a number to choose from.
Throughout the month of June, Coastal Trail Runs will host several different events. On Saturday, June 11th, 10 K, 15 K, and 25 K races will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Big Basin Redwood State Park in Boulder Creek for the Berry Creek Falls Trail Run. The next week, on Saturday, June 18th, at 8:00 a.m., Oakland’s Redwood Regional Park will host the Canyon Meadow Trail Run consisting of 5-mile, half marathon, 30 K, marathon, and 50 K races. On Sunday, June 26th, Santa Cruz’s Harvey West Park will host the San Lorenzo River Trail Run at 8:00 a.m. This run consists of 10 K, half marathon, 30 K, marathon, and 50 K races.
