Pan Asian Noodles are Served in Many Forms at Noodle Therapy

November 30, 2018 | sack

The recently opened Noodle Theory in the Rheem Valley area of Moraga is a carb lover’s paradise. This pan Asian restaurant opened this summer, and joins the two other Oakland locations to serve noodle dishes in all of their glorious forms.

A fresh salad, steaming hot soup, or saucy stir fry is always better when served with a healthy dose of noodles, and Noodle Therapy has figured out a way to incorporate their namesake starch into just about every dish. Look for grilled fish, sautéed shrimp, or savory ground pork over a variety of noodle styles, and then finished with spicy red curry, ginger, garlic, and other aromatic finishes. Stop in for lunch to enjoy the same savory dinner entrees and soups, but in more manageable portions. The beef udon soup with coconut lime curry broth is a particularly popular crowd favorite, and you can also bump up your meal with a side of fresh dumplings or gyoza.

Noodle Therapy Moraga is located on Park Street just behind Rheem Boulevard, and is closed on Tuesdays. Check the Noodle Therapy website for dining hours, as they close briefly between lunch and dinner service.
