Before she stepped into her current role as executive chef at Kabab Burger Mediterranean Grill, Michaella Ben-Ari studied at Tadmore Culinary Arts in Tel Aviv. It was there, a culinary school nestled right along the Mediterranean coast, that she mastered the art of Mediterranean cooking. So she’s more than qualified to craft everything from falafel to gyros.
Enjoy a meal hot from the grill, like the chicken kabab. Chef Michaella marinates, skewers, and sears the meat, then piles it atop a bed of fluffy basmati rice with Israeli salad, fresh hummus, and pillowy pita bread on the side.
