Located in the Green Valley Shopping Center, Slow G’s Healthy Eatery is a sandwich and salad shop offering healthy dishes with no chemically treated or fatty deli meats, no extra sodium, and absolutely no refined sugar. 

The specialty sandwiches, all $6.99, are made on house-made rolls that are soft and crunchy in all the right places. Try the Roasted Red Pepper Roast Beef made with lean slices of juicy roast beef stuffed into a sourdough roll with horseradish, romaine lettuce, and a balsamic spread. Another favorite is the Torta with your choice of pork loin or roast beef served warm on a ciabatta roll with avocado and black bean spread and lime sauce. Not interested in a signature creation? Choose between three meats, eight spreads, and fresh veggies for a do-it-yourself sandwich.
