Memorial Day – The Leasing Office will be open during regular business hours on Monday, May 27, from 9am -1pm.

As we honor our nation’s heroes this Memorial Day, we are kicking off the summer grilling season. Our BBQ area has been prepped and the grills have been scrubbed ready for our residents.

Here is a favorite recipe we would like to share for the holiday grilling:

Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1-2oz blue cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp minced chives

¼ tsp tabasco

¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp dry mustard

Mix ingredients and form into patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cooking. Grill 5 min per side.
