At the beautiful, refined Arcadia restaurant in downtown San Jose, 2005 Bon Appetit Chef of the Year Michael Mina incorporates his signature California cuisine into a Modern American Steakhouse. Along with steakhouse classics like Dry-Aged New York Strip and Bone-in Cowboy-Cut Ribeye, the menu features composed dishes with great finesse, like Diver Scallops served with shallot cakes and American caviar or Lobster Pot Pie with baby vegetables and truffle cream. Start your meal with a Foie Gras "Slider" or Lobster Corn Dogs, and complete your dinner with a choice of sides including creamed heirloom spinach and truffled mac and cheese. End your meal with Mina's signature root beer float prepared with homemade sassafras ice cream or try the decadent Chocolate Molten Cake. Valet Parking is complimentary with validation, and you can leave your car in our valet until 2 a.m. "Voted BestSteakhouse by Best of the Bay TV Viewers in 2011.
