Their menu features a long list of drinks organized by several categories, including signature, old school, and new school along with a helpful infographic to help you choose a drink based on taste profile. Try the popular Don’t Tell Mom on tap, a blend of spice-infused bourbon, orange curapao, black tea, lemon, pineapple, ginger ale, and nutmeg. Paper Plane also offers small plates and bar bites, such as wings, sandwiches, and macaroni and cheese. Order the Caribbean Jerk Ribs covered in allspice, lime, habanero, and scallions, and finish it off with their popular Churros topped with strawberry cinnamon sugar.
