Located in San Jose on 4th Street, Smoking Pig BBQ is a classic, Southern-style barbecue spot offering slow-smoked ribs, brisket, pork, and other favorites. Start your meal off with the popular Burnt Ends, twice-smoked fatty brisket that is both soft and juicy on the inside and crispy and sweet on the outside. The menu also includes a selection of “Sammys” and meat combos with savory sides, such as the house Mac N’ Cheese, Famous BBQ Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and more. Also, The Brunswick Stew is worth trying and consists of a smoked meat and vegetable medley served with cornbread.

Smoking Pig has a casual, no-frills atmosphere with comfortable seating at tables and booths and a fun red-checkered floor. Every table includes four different barbecue sauces (Carolina Sassy, California Honey, Classic, and Kansas City BBQ) to pour all over your barbecue goodness. Paper towel rolls are also conveniently placed on each table to clean up those sticky fingers.
