Chez Sovan is a Cambodian restaurant in San Jose. Inside, the decor is simple and modern, the staff is kind and attentive, and the service is speedy.

Menu items include hot and cold appetizers, soups, salads, stews, noodle dishes, and meat and seafood entrees. Yelpers recommend the chicken curry, the ginger fish, the amok (which is served in a banana leaf).
