If you happen to pass by Brookfield City Hall parking lot and notice a crowd, it likely means one thing: it's time for the Brookfield Farmers Market! Taking place every Saturday between May and October, this farmers' market — a beloved weekly tradition since 1990 — attracts countless foodies in search of fresh, seasonal produce and gourmet goods from area farmers and purveyors.
Dozens of vendors set up shop every week to sell everything from seasonal farm produce, organic meats, and baked goods to bird houses, recycled art, and handmade bath products. There's also ready-made food for sale (don't skip a fresh-pressed juice and some empanadas!).
Be sure to sign up for a frequent-shopper card so you can score $5 in "market cash" after 12 punches!
