The Holidays Are Incomplete Without the Milwaukee Ballet’s Performance of ‘The Nutcracker’

Can the holiday season be considered complete without seeing a performance of The Nutcracker? We think not! Thankfully, Milwaukeeans can catch Clara, Uncle Drosselmeyer, the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Mouse King, and the rest of the famous ballet's cast of characters during the Milwaukee Ballet's production of The Nutcracker!
Taking place Dec. 10-27 at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, this year's production of The Nutcracker will feature four different casts, which ensures a slightly different take on the beloved ballet every show time. A sensory-friendly performance will be held on Dec. 21, and each showing will be preceded by a complimentary family activity that begins one hour before curtain time — think choir and strings performances, visits from Santa, and mini ballet classes.
