Cozy Up and Enjoy the Cold Weather at the Cedarburg Winter Festival Feb. 18-19
February 16, 2017 | wimmer
On February 18 and 19, the Cedarburg Winter Festival will bring all of your favorite cold weather festivities to the Cedarburg area. This annual event takes place on Washington Avenue from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
The Cedarburg Winter Festival will have a Mardi Gras theme this year, which makes the festival even more fun. There will be an ice carving contest with 300-pound blocks of ice along the main street, and all of the carvers will create sculptures to go with the Big Easy theme. Kids and adults alike will love taking a ride through the festival on the tractor-drawn hay wagon, and you won't want to miss the shops and stalls inside of the Cedar Creek settlement. Take part in the Co-Ed Sno Ball Tournament, check out the IceBerg Open Golf Tournament and taste test different styles of chili in the chili cook-off on Saturday.
