This Mother's Day, do something unique with your mom and head over to the Milwaukee County Zoo. During Mother's Day at the Zoo, parents and children of all ages will enjoy spending the day together while admiring animals from around the world. The zoo even offers free admission for Mom on her special day!
This Sunday, May 8, all mothers will get into the zoo for free to spend the day strolling through the beautiful grounds and learning about exotic animals. The Milwaukee County Zoo contains more than 2,000 species of birds, fish, reptiles and mammals, and with their well-maintained habitats, you can get a close-up look at each of these creatures. You may even get to see a wildlife show or a special event. Finish your visit with a lunch outdoors from the Flamingo Cafe or one of the numerous food stands, and then buy Mom a souvenir from the gift shop so she'll always remember this fun day.
