We have implemented a new advanced community portal for your use and convenience. In addition to being able to pay your rent online – this new advanced portal features a messaging service, an interactive online community, and you can create your own profiles with specific interests. You can swap news, get information on events, schedule play dates and send messages. Think of it as the Facebook for Jefferson at Dedham Station!
You should have received an email invitation to register for the new portal to set up access for your account. Please check your spam folder or quarantine email if you have not received it. Additionally, if you do not have your email on file with us, please respond to this message with the most up to date email and phone information for every lease holder in your household, so that we may ensure you receive information on signing up.
The old resident portal is no longer an option to pay your rent online. In order to make certain your rent payments are received in a timely manner, please be sure to sign up for the new portal.
