Take a break from your regular multiplex and head over to Dedham Community Theater for a different movie going experience. The theater opened in 1927 and continues to delight movie going guests today. This independent theater located in the heart of historic Dedham Square has two screens showing independent and foreign films. Before the movie pick up some snacks at the concession stand like popcorn with real butter, candy, or wine and beer. Stop by the Museum of Bad Art located in the basement while you're here. It's a fun way to spend the time before or after your movie. General admission is $9.50 and any show before 3 p.m. is just $7.50.
