The "parm" varieties (chicken, eggplant, meatball) are arguably the restaurant's most popular offerings; however, diners are welcome to create their own sandwiches, choosing from ingredients like mortadella, Genoa salami, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomato spread — even cranberry sauce!
