Want $500 off your rent??
Refer a new resident to come live at our amazing community and this is exactly what you will get. Spread the word about The Marquis at Canyon Ridge and add some new faces to our family and you will be rewarded.
Have a new resident just say you referred them to the property and once they are all settled in you will receive the $500 off your following month’s rent.

Operation KISS

Project HELP assists students experiencing homelessness to enroll in school and have access to academic supplies and services to participate and attend school daily.
The Austin Independent School District is committed to ensuring that barriers are removed so that all students experiencing homelessness have the opportunity for academic success and we would love to help.
Marquis at Canyon Ridge has signed up to be a drop off location for Operation K.I.S.S. All donations must be dropped off at our office by July 17th. Please help us collect books, pencils, glue sticks, etc. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact us at the office or email us. Thank you for your donations.
