– Yukon potatoes, sliced 
– zucchini, sliced 
– red pepper, sliced
– red onion, sliced
– salt and pepper, to taste

1. Place sliced Polish sausage, potatoes, zucchini, red pepper and red onion in aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and seal shut.
