This exceptional Webster eatery boasts a wide selection of traditional Japanese nigiri and rolls, but ups the ante with a well-curated menu of fusion dishes that delight taste buds. Located in an out of the way strip mall off of the NASA Bypass, Michiru Sushi is somewhat hard to find but worth the effort.
The visual presentation of the food here is one of the highlights – everything comes out of the kitchen and sushi bar looking magazine-perfect. Some favorite rolls that locals recommend include the sweet potato roll, tempura-fried and perfectly seasoned, as well as the delicious spicy salmon roll. On the rest of the menu, some must-try dishes include the Szechuan-style peppercorn beef, sautéed in a seriously tangy hot sauce that will stick with you, as well as the fruity Grand Marnier prawns.
