Last November was the first time that Horizon Riverfront Rink popped up down the street from The Residences at Justison Landing, but it didn't take long for the community to embrace the new skating rink. That's why it's back this year until the end of February.

The skating rink stays open every day until 9 or 10 p.m., so you have plenty of time to take a spin around Justison Landing Green, fittingly nicknamed "Wilmington's Rockefeller Center" for the holiday season. You can leave the car in the Riverfront Commuter lot (across the street from Iron Hill Brewery and Joe's Crab Shack, both good options for dinner after your skating session). Then grab a pair of rental skates or have your own set sharpened and hit the ice with your significant other or entire family. Have fun!
