John Bruno, the chef at Ristorante Toscano, is always on the hunt for high quality ingredients that will enliven the ever-changing menu at his charming BYO (check the website for current specials). Bruno scours farmers' markets, meets with local dairy farmers and meat processors, develops relationships with New York importers of oil and pasta, and harvests from his own garden to provide the flavors for his Italian-American dishes.

Based on the name alone, you might imagine that Main Street Pizzeria & Grille in Lansdale is your standard neighborhood pizza joint. You would not be entirely wrong in making that assumption, as the Sowhangar family’s restaurant makes a mean margherita pie in addition to cheese steaks, hoagies, and gyros.
