If you’re getting a little exhausted while shopping at the King of Prussia Mall, take a quick detour into the Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery, have the friendly bartender pour you a pint, and give yourself a break. This national chain has earned a reputation for high-quality microbrews and excellent pub food. Once you’re seated, try some of the appetizers – the beer-brushed giant pretzels sprinkled with kosher salt and served with spinach dip are a favorite, as are the buffalo wings and the Kobe beef sliders. The rest of the menu mines the same ground, with frequent diners opting for the excellent burgers – try the Bourbonzola, served with a Jim Beam bourbon glaze and Gorgonzola cheese. The fish tacos are also good, if a little small. The beer selection is solid, with a variety of dark and light brews for varying palates.
