The Plymouth Meeting location of Redstone offers a modern and trendy atmosphere that is perfect for any crowd or occasion. In fact, the eatery's outdoor seating area—complete with a covered open bar—is a particularly popular spot for post-work gatherings with friends. The area is even open in the winter with overhead heaters to keep you warm on cooler nights.

Redstone seems to be most known for their cornbread appetizer, served with their maple butter. For dinner, their rotisserie chicken is cooked over a wood fire and is served on flatbreads, salads, or on its own with sides of garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Save room for dessert, as regulars rave about the Stone’s chocolate cake, served with chocolate frosting, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate fudge sauce. Along with a unique lunch and dinner menu, Redstone also serves a creative brunch menu.

Redstone is usually very crowded, even on weeknights. Regulars say the trick is to arrive early to beat the crowd or make reservations just to be safe!

Don’t Skip the Grilled Calamari Appetizer at Arugula Ristorante

As for entrees, Arugula is known for their sweet langostine, and the branzino is also a must try.

It was November of 1986 when the first Uncle Julio's debuted far away from Plymouth Meeting in the bustling city of Dallas. Poised right near the Mexican border, this flagship eatery blended Texan and Mexican culinary traditions, jumping aboard the Tex-Mex trend that was gaining popularity. Today, Uncle Julio's boasts 21 restaurants scattered across the country, including one in Plymouth Meeting.

Like its sister eateries, Plymouth Meeting's Uncle Juilo's dishes out the same fresh Tex-Mex that made the first location such a success. Locals highly recommend kicking off your meal with the tableside guacamole, which servers whip up right before your eyes. Make sure you save room for some fajitas, though, because chefs also have a reputation for crafting those with great care. Of course, the menu contains a slew of classic Mexican and Tex-Mex eats, so your options are many.

Yelp reviewers warn that you might have a bit of trouble spotting this place from the road on your first visit, but emphasize that it's worth the effort, especially for breakfast, which is one of Santangelo's busiest times. Order a short stack with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon, or treat yourself to a Nutella-stuffed French toast.
