Keeping with its humble decor, the menu sticks to the basics: tortas, burritos, gorditas, and tacos, the latter of which are served upon corn tortillas and sprinkled with chopped onions and cilantro. That said, the tacos are a real crowd-pleaser at Taqueria El Paisa, but first-time diners would be also well-advised to order the mole burrito or the gordita de chicharron.
