Instead of buying sugary, processed granola bars at the grocery store, make these healthy, wholesome, and super simple energy bars instead!

This recipes makes 8 large bars, or 16 small bars.

Ingredients
1 cup nuts
1 cup dried fruit
1 cup (12-15 whole) dates, pitted

Equipment
Food processor
Plastic wrap or wax paper
Sharp knife

Cooking Time
approximately 60 minutes
