As our summer is coming to a close we want to thank every one of you for making Crossbrook your home. The Crossbrook office and maintenance staff are committed to keeping Crossbrook a clean and comfortable community for all of our residents. With that in mind, here are some updates and reminders that have been brought to our attention the past few months. We appreciate those of you who support our efforts and would ask that everyone participate in keeping Crossbrook a wonderful place to call home.
Fall Festival: To welcome our new community members and thank our current, Crossbrook is planning a Fall Festival and favorite recipe exchange. This is a great event to mingle with your neighbors and submit your recipes to our community blog. Keep an eye out for your invitation to our upcoming Fall Festival!
Pool and Park areas: We have these common spaces to spend time with family and friends. Please be courteous to your fellow neighbors as this is a space for everyone to share and spend time in. Also, please remember to pick-up after yourself and guests. Our maintenance team is currently spending hours each day picking up trash on the property.
Parking lot: We ask that everyone be mindful of your speed while driving through the parking lot. There are many places people can walk out to their cars and for every ones’ safety our speed limit is 10 MPH.
Community Cleanliness: We are a pet friendly community and enjoy seeing your furry family members out and about. Please remember to clean-up after your pet. For your convenience we have doggy bags though-out the community located next to the mail huts and trash bins.
Quiet Hours: We would also like to remind our residents that 10:00pm – 8:00am are quiet hours here at Crossbrook, but we ask you to please be mindful of your neighbors regarding loud talking, music, etc. during all hours of the day. If you are experiencing noise issues, please feel free to call our office to discuss privately or NorCal Patrol Service (707) 588-8800 after office hours.
Laundry: Recently is has been brought to our attention that the keyed laundry door is being propped open. Please be sure to close the laundry room door upon entry and exit. The door remains locked to help secure your possessions. Your common key allows access to the main laundry facility 24 hours per day, please keep the door closed to help prevent theft and keep the area safe for our community.
Once again, thank you for making Crossbrook your home.
