Community Letter

Fall is here and we want to thank every one of you for making Crossbrook your home. The Crossbrook office and maintenance staff are committed to keeping Crossbrook a clean and comfortable community for all of our residents. With that in mind, here are some updates and reminders that have been brought to our attention in the past few months. We appreciate those of you who support our efforts and would ask that everyone participate in keeping Crossbrook a wonderful place to call home.
- Trash and Recycling Bins: Crossbrook is making an effort to lower everyone’s trash bill and do our part to help the earth. We suggest placing recycle bins next to your garbage bins in your home to make it easy to separate recyclables and trash. If you have any questions whether something is recyclable or how to recycle it we have delivered the Sonoma County Recycle Guide to your door for reference.
- Pet Waste: We are a pet friendly community and enjoy seeing your furry family members out and about. For your convenience we have doggy bags though-out the community located next to the mail huts and trash bins. The landscapers have mentioned the pet manure is getting caught in their lawnmowers and recently many residents have commented on accidentally tracking pet manure into their homes. Please remember to clean-up after your pet to keep Crossbrook a comfortable community for everyone.
- Packages in Office: Have you updated your contact information with the office? The office is sending emails to each unit when a package arrives in our office. Update your email today to receive these notices.
- Garages Available for Rent: Looking for a warm dry place to park during the winter? Rent a garage close to your apartment home and keep your car out of the winter weather. Ask the office for more information.
- Spa: It has been brought to the attention of the office that people have been wearing clothing into the spa as well as eating and drinking while in the spa. This affects the chemicals and causes the pool area and spa area to be closed for proper cleaning and chemical adjustments. Please follow the pool area rules and keep our common area clean and safe for everyone’s use.
Once again, thank you for making Crossbrook your home.
