From the outside, Wayne's Grill and Sushi doesn’t look like much. But once you walk through the nondescript front door, you’ll be one step closer to enjoying some of the freshest and most flavorful sushi in Rohnert Park.

Start your meal with a bowl of the fresh miso soup, which is much more flavorful than the watery concoction typically served at sushi joints. Sushi here is also prepared quite well, with extremely fresh fish cut carefully into generous portions. Rolls are presented beautifully, with orders coming to the table looking like edible art. Some of the more popular rolls include the negitoro, made with the creamy, fatty belly of the tuna and green onions, as well as the sweet freshwater eel roll. Wayne’s grilled dishes are also exceptional. The oysters with garlic butter are rich and redolent of the sea, and the Hamachi with salt, pepper and fresh lemon is light and refreshing.
