Start off with a half-dozen oysters on the half shell, or opt for the delicious Dungeness crab tater tots with spicy peppers, ginger mustard, and aioli. Here, steaks are sourced from a wide variety of providers, from certified Angus beef all the way to organically raised cuts in the Piedmontese tradition. The menu can be a little overwhelming, but regulars recommend the eight-ounce American Kobe flat-iron steak, which is tender and savory.
