33rd Annual Holiday Lights Celebration: No Grinches Allowed

November 25, 2015 | sack

If you're already wondering how you're going to keep the kids entertained over winter break, Rohnert Park's city officials have at least one upcoming Saturday night covered. On Dec. 6, Rohnert Park will mark the arrival of the season with its 33rd Annual Holiday Lights Celebration at City Center Plaza, not far from Crossbrook.

Round up the kids and head to City Center Plaza for a few hours' worth of reveling, including the tree-lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. Santa Claus will, of course, make an appearance, so make sure that the kids have their lists ready for his perusal. There will also be plenty of family-friendly activities, festive holiday music, and snacks and drinks. The Rancho Cotate Marching Band will even march through the celebration spreading yuletide cheer at the 33rd Annual Holiday Lights Celebration.
