Kids are sometimes uneasy or even frightened about getting their hair cut, but Cali Kids Hair Salon in Rohnert Park is dedicated to making the experience easy, fast, and fun. Summer Groves, the salon’s owner, knows a thing or two about this area. Groves has been a licensed cosmetologist for almost two decades, and is also a mother of two with lots of experience working with kids from pre-school age on up. Because Groves’ business focuses specifically on kids, she’s able to give your little ones an environment where they feel safe, cared for, and entertained while they’re getting their hair cut.

Kids can choose to be seated either in a special toy-car style salon chair alongside a parent, or in a “big-kid” barber chair. Movies and games are provided to keep your child’s attention, and at the end of the haircut each child gets a special prize. The online appointment system makes things easier for mom and dad, as well.
