If sushi is an art form, then Sushiko in Rohnert Park has completely mastered it. The contemporary Japanese eatery serves up creative sushi rolls with vibrant colors in a beautifully plated presentation.
Enjoy typical favorites, such as the California Roll, in addition to more unique options, like the Cherry Crunch Roll made with shrimp tempura, crab, cucumber, and avocado with an outer coating of tuna and salmon crunch. The menu also includes appetizers, salads, and noodle soups. Try the signature Spicy Cha-Siu Ramen, a bowl of Japanese ramen in pork broth served with sweet roasted pork and a soft boiled egg.
Take advantage of Sushiko’s lunch specials and combos in which you can choose two items for $9.50 or three items for $12.50. They also offer a Kid’s Bento Box that can be customized.
