The Rebel Music Series has been bringing some of the country's hottest musical acts to the Rohnert Park area this summer. On September 7 they're back at it with Rebel Music Series Volume 3: J BOOG + Collie Buddz at SOMO.

The Rebel Music Series was created to provide a platform for up-and-coming artists with messages of growth, hope and inspiration, and it's been doing just that. This week's artist, J BOOG, is a reggae singer of Samoan descent who grew up in Compton. His music has a unique Polynesian sound and reggae influence, and he recently released the EP Live Up! this year.
