Located just east of downtown Santa Rosa, Bird & the Bottle is a modern tavern incorporating flavors from Asia, the American South, the East Coast, Jewish comfort food favorites, and a wide variety of fresh seafood. 

The menu here is a true mashup, with Southern classics like fried chicken, Gulf shrimp, and buttermilk biscuits with pimento cheese, along with dishes like cheesy grits with maitake mushrooms and matzoh ball ramen.
