Il Fornaio is an Italian restaurant in downtown San Jose. The restaurant is connected to The Westin Saint Claire, and the building is recently restored with an old school feel. Il Fornaio strives to provide guests with an authentic Italian experience using the freshest of ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, as well as by serving great wines and delicious cocktails.

Breakfast entrees include fritelle allo sciroppo d’Acero, consisting of pancakes with butter and maple syrup, and the frittata di broccoli e spinaci, which is an egg white omelet. Lunch and dinner favorites include the margherita pizza, the butternut squash ravioli, the pollo toscano, and the capellini al pomodoro. Don’t leave without dessert, as Yelpers say that the tiramisu at Il Fornaio is one of the best they’ve ever had.
