The owner of Whipped Desserts knows that life is all about balance. That's why she enjoys baking and eating decadent treats as much as she loves hiking, paddleboarding, and camping. She sets an example that's easy for her customers to follow —at least the first part — because she creates mouthwatering sweets in her Rohnert Park bakery.
Her specialty is the French macaron, a sweet sandwich of two small, airy cookies hugging a creamy filling. Order a dozen macarons with a mix of classic flavors, like lavender cookies with vanilla buttercream, and not-so-classic flavors, such as Fruity Pebbles or Earl Grey cookies with a lemon filling.
