With school right around the corner it is easy to get caught in the minutia. Don’t forget to take care of yourself through-out your day! Bring small snacks with you on your errands to help sustain your energy. Some great snack ideas are: trail mix, apples, bars and water.
Eric is our new maintenance technician and we are excited to welcome him to the Crossbrook team. He has over 10 years of maintenance experience and will be a great asset to the community. If you see him out and about in the community please feel free to introduce yourself and welcome him.
Have any household items or furniture that you no longer want? Rather than throwing them away, make a list of the items you want to get rid of and call The Salvation Army at 1-800-728-7825 and they will come pick up your gently used items for you! Giving has never been more convenient!
This is just a friendly reminder that Crossbrook is a non-smoking community. This includes indoors and outdoors, including the parking lots. We want all of our residents to be able to enjoy the fresh air that Sonoma County has to offer!
Have a maintenance service request in your home that needs attention? Submitting a request has never been easier! Go to www.crossbrook.net, click on the resident’s tab, and submit your request. Be sure to include whether or not maintenance has permission to enter your home to complete the request. We are here to serve you.
Help the less fortunate in your own backyard while taking care of business! Crossbrook will be partnering with The Redwood Empire Food Bank each month beginning during rent week by having a food collection barrel under our rent box. Drop off your check and a can of food you aren’t using for the needy.
Crossbrook is proud to offer five large recycle bins in our community! They are located in each of the corners of the community and in between Buildings G and F in the parking areas. The more we recycle, the more we save on our Northwestern Utility Bills. Be green with us!
Daylight savings time is here! Don’t forget to turn your clocks forward an hour tomorrow, Sunday, March 9th. Enjoy the extra sunlight!
