Operation K.I.S.S. (Kids In Need of School Supplies) is an annual project to collect school supplies for underprivileged kids in the Austin area. 100% of all proceeds will be used to purchase school supplies for local school children. Operation K.I.S.S. serves school districts in the Austin area: Round Rock ISD, Pflugerville ISD, Leander ISD, Hays ISD and Austin ISD. The drive starts on May 12th and ends on July 22nd.

The Austin campus is located just six minutes from Folio Apartments and offers a variety of classes for those looking to better their cooking skills.

Le Cordon Bleu College offers a series of Bleu Ribbon Kitchen workshops—intensive one-, two-, three-, or five-day courses that focus on various culinary skills and cuisines. So if you want to learn how to perfect a Parisian brunch without taking a full course load of culinary classes, check out their workshop schedule. The school also offers a traditional course load for those looking to become professional chefs. Students can choose between learning classic culinary techniques or focus on baking and pastry production.
