"It's without a doubt one of the nation's best hot rod and custom events," Rod & Custom Magazine says of the Lonestar Round Up. The 17th Annual Lonestar Round Up is coming back to Austin on April 6th and 7th. Its collection of vintage hot rods and other customized roadsters will be on full display at the Travis County Expo Center.

Parking is free and general admission tickets are just $15, which is a bargain when you consider the huge herd of autos on display. In addition to the beautiful pieces of machinery, the Lonestar Round Up also features loves of live music, a sprawling swap meet, and many local vendors. Don't be surprised if you get invited to a backyard barbecue while you're at the Lonestar Round Up—its energy tends to take over the entire city for the weekend.
