Open to the public since 1890, the UC Botanical Gardens have been charming visitors from around the world. Every day is a perfect day to go to these gardens as plants are constantly changing and blooming, cycling through life and the seasons. It's recommended that you blocking out at least two hours for a visit so that you can fully enjoy the beauty of 12,000 different plants that cover the grounds.

There are also workshops such as honey tastings or beekeeping that attract crowds and so there is always something for everyone to enjoy. The paths are luscious and scenic, making it the perfect place to spend an afternoon of adventures and explorations. Spending time in the greenhouses, studying the succulents, or taking a leisurely break by the lily pond, is a great way to enjoy a relaxing stroll.
