Golden Gate Park is beloved for its gorgeous landscapes and variety of activities. There are so many amazing things to do while visiting Golden Gate that it may be hard to list them all. The Japanese Tea Garden offers calm and tranquility to weary travelers, while the Tulip Garden is alive with the wonderful fragrance and color of its beautiful flowers. Golden Gate Park also offers many other points of interest. These include DeYoung Museum featuring international art, guided Segway tours of the park, an old fashioned carousel, the California Academy of Sciences, various playgrounds, and even a small enclosure for American Bison where you can watch these beautiful beasts roam the landscape.
