The Cooperage is an American restaurant located in downtown Lafayette. The Cooperage serves classic American dishes using fresh local and seasonal ingredients. The menu features slow-cooked meats, a diverse wine list, signature cocktails, and beers on tap. Inside, the restaurant is contemporary and casual. You can sit in the dining area, the lively bar area, the board room in the rear of the restaurant, or the dog friendly outdoor heated patio.

Menu favorites include the chicken breast sandwich, the Cooperage burger, the Brown Derby (made up of roasted rotisserie chicken salad with all the fixings), and the barbecue pork ribs. The Cooperage also has weekly specials including half off wine bottles on Mondays, discounted prices on tacos and margaritas for taco Tuesday, and Wednesday fried chicken where you can enjoy three pieces of friend chicken, coleslaw, a biscuit, and mashed potatoes for $12.50.
