Limon Rotisserie Serves Peruvian Chicken With All the Fixings

September 25, 2017 | sack

Limon Rotisserie is a family-owned restaurant situated in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek that brings a modern flair to down-home Peruvian cuisine. The Castillo brothers founded the restaurant, and are still owners to this day. Martin Castillo also serves as the executive chef, and centers his menu on authentic recipes and a passion for fresh ingredients.

The heart of the menu is Limon Rotisserie’s marinated local, free-range chicken that is slow roasted over an open flame. Choose from a whole, half, or quarter chicken, and add your sides and their signature aji sauces to complete your meal. Other options at Limon Rotisserie include ceviche, empanadas, and signature hot plates like Peruvian-style paella or fried chicken.

The space at Limon Rotisserie is cool and modern, with an almost-industrial feeling dining room and full bar. It makes for a great spot for a drink with friends, or a delicious meal with a special date.
