Millie’s Kitchen is Lafayette’s go-to destination for home cooked breakfast and lunch favorites. This quaint, comfortable restaurant is run by a friendly and attentive staff, and the menu features an extensive selection of classic American fare.

Omelettes are the the breakfast specialty, and a wealth of vegetables, meats, and cheeses are offered for guests who wish to build their own egg creation. Lunchtime brings an array of gourmet sandwiches, such as the Big 5 Sandwich — a savory combination of avocado, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and bacon on grilled whole wheat bread. Several healthy and delicious salads are also available, from the ever-popular Cobb salad to the refreshing fruit salad.
Millie’s Kitchen exclusively serves organic Peerless Coffee, an Oakland-based company that was named a finalist in Roast Magazine’s “Roaster of the Year” issue.

The restaurant’s hours are from 5 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. every day, and take-out is always available.
