Two sisters from Ireland opened Modern American Deli, a.k.a. MAD, in order to share their passion for food, desserts, and coffee. One of the most popular dishes here is the Aussie sandwich, which is a breaded chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and lemon aioli on a Kaiser roll. Another popular choice is Ma's Famous Pulled Pork, which is a secret family recipe of sweet and spicy pulled pork on a brioche roll that is served with a side of coleslaw.
