August 23, 2016 1:20 pm

If you’re a fan of the fresh flavors of traditional Greek food, Mina and Dimi’s Greek House is a must-try restaurant in the San Antonio area. This hidden gem is tucked away in a fairly nondescript strip mall on the west side of the city, but it’s built up quite a loyal following over its long history.

The restaurant’s interior is colorful and eclectic, with interesting decor from all over the world hanging on the walls and spacious tables that can easily accommodate large parties. Mina and Dimi’s frequently hosts lively events in the form of belly dancing performances and wine tastings that always get quite crowded and noisy, which only adds to the restaurant’s authentically Greek atmosphere.

As for the food, regulars rave about Mina and Dimi’s gyros, falafel, and feta-covered salads. Visit the restaurant on Fridays during its $10 all-you-can-eat lunch buffet to get the best bang for your buck.
